How to play Krillion Game
Krillion Game is a free daily trivia dive. Every day there are seven open prompts, the same for every player, such as "Name a type of cheese". You have 25 seconds for each one and type a single answer. Any valid answer counts, but the obvious ones barely move you. The rarer your answer, the more points it earns, and every point sinks you 10 metres deeper into the ocean.
Seven perfect answers make 700 points and take you to the trench floor at 7,000 metres. One dive per day, no retries. When you surface you can read the full answer sheet for every prompt and see what you missed.
Tiers and points

The zones of the ocean
Your dive passes through the real layers of the ocean: the sunlight zone near the surface, the twilight zone from 200 m where light fades, the midnight zone from 1,000 m where no sunlight reaches, the abyssal zone from 4,000 m, and the hadal zone of the deep trenches from 6,000 m. On the way down you pass the deepest breath-hold dive, emperor penguins, sperm whales hunting squid and the wreck of the Titanic at 3,800 m.
Tips for a deeper dive
- Skip your first thought. It is almost always Plankton, because it is everyone's first thought.
- Beware the second thought: the famous "obscure" answer is often Too Clever.
- Go specific: a named variety, a regional dish or a technical term usually lands in Rare or Deep Cut.
- Stay valid. A wrong answer scores nothing, so a safe Rare beats a risky guess.
- Train in Unlimited mode, then take on the daily dive.

Is this the official Krillion website?
No. krillion-game.org is an independent fan-made game in the same daily rare-answer style. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by krillion.io, and the prompts, answer sheets and artwork here are our own.
When does a new dive start?
Every day at midnight New York time. Everyone gets the same seven prompts.
Why was my answer not accepted?
It has to fit the prompt exactly, including any letter or number rule, and be a specific thing rather than a category. Answers missing from our sheet are checked automatically, and valid ones count as a Deep Cut.
Can I play past dives?
Yes. Open the Archive from the menu to play any dive you missed. Past dives and their answer sheets are free.
What is Unlimited mode?
Seven random prompts from our whole library, as many rounds as you like. It does not affect your streak.
Do I need an account?
No. Your streak and results are saved in your browser. Clearing site data resets them.
